Roller coaster ???? Hike and El Capitan

The weather was cool in the 60s. I hiked with an experience and fast paced group, they kept me motivated and they were very supportive as this was my first time hiking this trail. I would say hike this trail on a cool day, this hike is not shaded and it’s called a roller coaster for a reason! You’ll need plenty of water, I drank 2.5 liters.
