Rose Peak

After doing Mt Umunhum, I decided to dive right in with Rose Peak. So glad it was a cool and mostly cloudy day, since almost all of the trail is exposed. The streams were flowing, there were a few wildflowers and everything was a brilliant emerald green. So lovely! This hike is a killer! Begins with almost 10 miles uphill, some very steep. A great view from the peak. Took just under 8 hours.
