Spent a couple days in Ohlone Wilderness training for a thru hike. Started at Del Valle…camped at Maggies Half Acre for the night. Next day continued on the Ohlone Wilderness trail for about 6 miles before turning back, summiting Rose Peak and heading back to the trailhead. Day 1 was very hot. Day two was much more comfortable. Only saw 3 other people on day one. Day two saw about 20. Did 32 miles in the 24 hours.
