Rose Peak is red, Violets are blue

Roses are red, Violets are blue, my calves are sore, how about you?

Our second peak of the year, my partner and I took two and a half days from Del Valle to Sunol. The trails were in great condition and there was even some water available with use of a filter. My partner is an experienced backpacker and this was her second time going to Rose Peak. This was my first time at Rose and my first overnight Backpacking adventure.
