SAF friends who slip, slide and cuss ????????

Trail steep, loose dirt, rocks and scree. Small sections with shade otherwise hiking in the open. Go early and there was water but not sure how it will be later. Bugs are out and poison oak so be careful. A great workout but watch you footing coming back. We parked in the main parking lot and hiked to trail head 20+ miles ugh so glad to take my shoes off ⛰????????????
