San Bernardino Peak

Started at 6am and got back around 3:30pm. There is limited shade on this trail, so bring sun protection! There were lots of nice views but it was sad to see the burnt trees from the last wildfires here. But there was a section where it was wildflowers. The trail went through thick thorny bushes. It was a beautiful day for a hike up a big mountain. BUT, a wildfire broke out, Anderson Fire, near the SB Peak. So me and everyone else at the peak hightailed it out of there and back down the mountain. Pretty windy, but weather was nice and cool.
