Peak #12 of 12!!! Wow!! I can’t believe we actually hiked ALL 12 PEAKS on the list in 2024!! The initial steep push near the beginning warmed us up really quickly. After that, it’s a gargantuan winding trail for miles and miles and miles to the peak. It’s not as steep anywhere else, but the elevation sure can take your breath away. It’s worth the wait though! The 365 degree views of SoCal wrapped this year’s worth of hiking up in a gargantuan bow. It sure has been challenging scheduling the hikes around life, injuries, blisters, weather, and wildfires. Somehow, we managed to make it work, and what an incredible journey it has been! I wonder what adventures and peaks await in 2025….
