Happy I completed my 6 pack/12 peak challenge, at last.  Let’s start with the stats: 18.49 miles; 5,456 Gain; Altitude: 11,501.6 (survey marker); Total time on trail: 14 hours.  Beautiful hike, mostly shady, light winds until the summit. Surprisingly, even though the last two miles to the summit took the most energy out of me to get there, the toughest bit was the mile-long descent near the end – it’s a toe crusher for sure. ????????

      Thanks! I’d love to go back and take on the rest of the peaks in the area, but maybe take South trail, and camp overnight next time.????
