San Gorgonio from Vivian Creek Trail
Throughout the hike you could see low clouds below you which was really cool. Eventually the trail turns to where Mount San Jacinto is visible off to the right, so the views are great no matter the weather. Upon reaching the summit, the winds went from mild to literally face-numbing. I’d recommend bringing layers no matter the time of year. There was also a lot of snow on the summit in late May. However once I got high enough that the snow covered the trail you could see the summit anyways. Overall a great hike!
