San Jacinto – John Muir said it perfectly!

I can understand John Muir’s description of this beautiful hike.  But it is very challenging.  I ended up off trail a few times which is the reason for the mileage.  Still some good water sources on the route.  The views were not great from the top due to all the fires, but the beauty of the trail foliage more than made up for it.  Super friendly trail “friends”.  Weather was great first part of the hike, but it got warmer than I expected on the way down.
