We got to the trailhead in a 2wd Jeep Grand Cherokee without any problems. Any higher clearance vehicle will be ok. The trail itself is a dusty dirt road used by off road vehicles. A number of vehicles passed us going up and coming down the trail. We only say 1 other couple who were hiking.
The view at the top was spectacular. There was a cloud covering over OC, but the view was still spectacular. I wouldn’t hike this trail again, but am glad I did it.
