Gate is open. Overall moderate hike. If you can hit the mileage, the elevation gain is very gradual. This is an OHV shared trail, but hitting the trailhead early will eliminate the odds of seeing most people. Arrived right at Sunrise (6:51AM) and had the peak to myself. Didn’t see another hiker until midway back down. Drive up to the trailhead was amazing with the sunrise. AWD advised getting to the trail. The peak is a tad disappointing with the towers but still a great view. Tried to find the sign for the peak but was only able to find the ground marker.
