Beautiful weather for a hike! Blue skies! It got very warm as the sun came up.so I was glad I wore shorts. This is my least favorite of the SD6POP but since the Adventure Sisters were doing it I joined in. The company and conversation made it a very pleasant hike despite all the ups and downs on this trail.
Very crowded at the peak! The down seemed a bit better than the last time I hiked this one. I think the recent rain helped pack the dirt down which made it easier to defend without slipping.
