Drove from the other end of LA County to get here. Started shortly before 9 am. A beautiful day to hike with cool weather for the first couple of hours and sun shining brightly. Made the stop at Pinos before heading to Sawmill. Ran into a couple and we all took shots of ourselves airborne at ground zero. Made short work of the hike back. Had not done this hike in a few years and remembered how much I enjoy3d it, beautiful views, two county high points and much more.
