Fabulous day for hiking- relatively cool temps through the forest and a nice breeze at the peak. The late wildflowers we’re in bloom which made the walk even more scenic. There were a few patches of snow near the saddle. This made for a nice snow ball game, but didn’t impact the trail too much. We had crystal clear views at the summit and perfect light for photos. It was also a great workout; I felt like I earned my bag of Cheetos!
