Seinor GMW Summit Piestewa Peak

We are a group of Senior GMW up for a challenge.  The weather was perfect, blue sky, sun and a light breeze.  The trail is as described ie short and very rocky and steep.  We took our time and placed our boots carefully with each step.  It was so much fun to watch the younger generations with all their enthusiasm and we absorbed their energy. The majority of which were decades younger than us and they were all so polite and kind.  We made it to the summit with some energy left to enjoy our success and take in the fab views in every direction.  We carefully worked our way back down and had a celebrated with a tail gate party back at the vehicle.
