This one requires a lace-em-up, suck-it-up and keep moving attitude.  The climb out of Coyote Creek is no joke but reaching the top provides worthy satisfaction. Total hike time was 6.5 hours with over 50+ minutes spent on just the one-mile beastly climb section alone. Don’t despair, it can be done.  The drive in and out of the park offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities as we spotted a bobcat and several groups of deer along the road.
