Slept in and did the 1.5 hr drive from south OC while listening to an audio book. Drive went fast, and sun came out to play and the weather was perfect.

Hiked solo and tried this trail from a new to me, Trailhead. I loved the views from Lake Poway up to the Woodson summit. From the almost tippy top, the I could also see Lake Ramona, such a beautiful clear day today and the colors of the world were vibrant and happy ❤️

This was the completion of the 4th of the 6 peaks in SD 6 pop I plan to do.
