Easy to follow hike. Mostly fire road. Beautiful manzanita trees and flowers. Not too hot even in late June. Take at least 4 liters of water and plenty of food/electrolytes. Overall, beautiful day.

the peak itself is easy to miss. It’s one mile (little road on the left)from the bench at the top of the steep climb.
