Route from Whitegate Ranch trailhead up Dipsea, through Pantoll, Nora trail to West Point Inn, Fern Creek trail to East Summit and finish down Steep Ravine offers a terrific variety of views, flora and terrain. The summit provides an unbeatable panoramic bird’s-eye vantage of the entire Bay Area which contrasts to Steep Ravine’s meditative journey through a secluded redwood forest following the waterfall-filled stream. The location also allows for a celebratory ocean plunge at nearby Stinson Beach.
