Got to the trailhead at 9:45 am. Sunny and blue skies quickly turned to 30-40 mph winds and snow at the top. Found the yurt for a short respite, then back down we went. Good amount of snow, crampons came in very handy. Fun hike in the snow! Almost liked it better than during the summer
