We found solitude on San Bernardino Peak.  Met at the trailhead at 5:30am.  No restrooms available.  The weather was amazing with a cool breeze the majority of the hike.  The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful, even the portions with fire damage brought a different kind of beauty.  Had lunch at the peak before descending.  Only crossed about 10 hikers/trail runners during the entire adventure.  San Bernardino Peak is a peaceful, less traveled gem, and offers some overnight camping areas (maybe for another day). Highly recommended!
