This was my first time on the Oak Grove Trail. I hiked solo on a Monday and had the trail completely to myself. When I reached the lookout tower, I saw one guy who drove his Jeep up and two lookout volunteer fire spotters. I was disappointed that two thirds of the trail is a fire road. I enjoyed the views from the top.
