Soul Crusher

Awesome hard hike. We started early (7:30am) on a Saturday, lot was 1/2 full and lots of cars on street.  Weather was great but this entire hike is exposed so wear sunscreen and a hat!  We also climbed to El Cap which was easy and worth the extra 10 mins.  The entire hike was either up or down with very little flat areas but surprisingly not hard on the knees. Trail was in great shape and loved that the bathrooms were clean. Not my favorite hike just due to the elevation gain on the way back but glad to say we did it. The views are AMAZING once you hit mile 2.
