Gorgeous morning, started at 830 and we were the only car. Saw total of 8 people the entire hike. Challenging hike for the last mile or so w loose scree. Views from fore tower are stunning.

would caution dog owners as the trail is crushed basalt and may cut up dogs paws. Consider dog shoes to be safe.
