South Sister Scree Wee Knees

First time hiking South Sister and was solo but there were several dispersed.  The weather was nice but extremely windy beyond the false summit.  Beautiful long day but the trail conditions with sand, scree, rock, and some snow coupled with the steep gains and descents did a number on my knees and feet. The views were totally worth it and will do it again!
