  1. We had a great time on our adventure. Poor visibility on the way up but it cleared to sunny skies by 7,600ft. Lots of snow still and great glisading down! Second time I have done St Helen’s via the winter route. last time was back in April 2016 as a Rainier training climb and it was a white out at the summit so I was very glad to actually get to see from the top this time! Still a good cornice at the top so be cautious. The ranger was out checking permits as well.
