Weather was cool on 4/4, a little windy. Trail is well-maintained. There is one blow down where it looks like people made a trail to go around it, but overall definitely a great trail for anyone looking to get a good leg workout. Lots of pretty flowers.

Park at the Foothills sign and cross the street for the trailhead

Sign says 4.5 to Sassafrass, AllTrails logged 8.71, and I started at the car.
