We planned the Mt Tam hike for July as we thought it wouldn’t be too hot but…it was very warm. We started up around 9am (7am would have been better) and found the uphill to be quite challenging. Has second thoughts about pushing up the last .7 miles to the summit after hitting the summit parking lot, but glad I did. Amazing views.
