Strawberry Jam

Great hike! There is shade during the first half of the hike. The rest after about 1.5 miles is all sunny so bring a hat and sunscreen. The way back down had decent amount of shade still since the sun wasn’t on the other side of the mountains yet so go early if you can. Some areas are more dirt and you might slide if you’re not careful. Overall, good hike to do early in the morning to avoid the heat.
