Strawberry peak ✅ w/ these lovely ????????????

Perfect Weather for a hike, had a great pace and did the entire hike in 3 hours, even taking time for photos. Encountered a rattler off to the side who wouldn’t move, threw rocks near him so we could pass on a single tract, and he just wouldn’t budge…turns out he was dead!???? Had a nice picnic lunch and left for  the OC  by 2:30 to avoid LA traffic. Took a wrong turn & drove 45 minutes in the wrong direction. By the time we figured it out, we got to the freeway headed home just in time for bumper to bumper commuter traffic. Luckily, I was with my gal pals who can chat up a storm no matter what is thrown at us. Before I knew it, we were home…lots of laughs & friendship is always the secret ingredient to a good time
