Strawberry Peak Hike

Fantastic views!

First two miles are very easy and then the last stretch is fairly steep and a bit challenging. Trekking poles felt almost necessary for the steep portions for me here so I was glad I had some with me.

Weather was fairly pleasant on this trail considering the entire area is experiencing 95+ F weather during these days.

Bugs were almost non-existent and not really a part of this hike for me. Other than at the peak where some flies decided to not leave me alone while I was trying to chill for a bit before heading back down. I had to cut my rest short a bit because of it but it wasn’t too bad.

I would highly recommend this hike. It was a great experience!
