Strawberry Peak via Red Box trailhead

This was a fun, yet challenging hike. It started out fairly easy from the Red Box trailhead, but after a couple of miles, the trail got much steeper with some rock scrambling and several false peaks. It was also pretty hot with almost no cover toward the top. I was a little concerned about the “rock scramble” when I first heard about, but it wasn’t bad at all. It was challenging, but very doable.
