Sunday Bear Scramble

Despite not getting to the trailhead until noon, I was still able to find a parking spot, and the trail was less busy than when I hiked it back in January. The hike itself is a grind with some scrambling involved; to me it’s harder than other longer summit hikes with greater elevation gain. The weather was great, sunny and in the low 70s, and I enjoyed a snack while taking in the views at the summit before heading back down.
