Super hike for the whole family in SJ backyard

The trail is slowly graded and not super long so suitable for everyone in our family. We hiked with a 6 and 8 year old who had no trouble keeping up. Trail is mostly shaded and only pops out of the tree coverage a few times, including on top. Several points of interest for kids and adults to check out along the way. Pit toilets available at the parking lot near the tower. Great views of San Jose along the way and especially at the top.
