The trail is in great shape, and we had beautiful weather, however, it was super chilly and windy just at the peak. What an incredible surprise view as I crested over the peek! I could see Mout Shasta and Black butte which I will be hiking later looked teeny tiny in comparison. It was a bit hazy but you could still see Castle Craags in the distance. I already want to do this one again!
