A warm hike done in the mid morning to early afternoon. I recommend starting the hike by 9am if the temp is going to be in the 70s or greater, given there is no shade.  Bring sunscreen. It took us 3.5 hours, just depends on how long you choose to stay at the top. Beautiful views to the painted hills! Ended the day having a great lunch at Tiger Town Brewing in Mitchell.
