Take the looong road to Magee Peak

After a long gravel road (but well maintained), you find the trailhead to Magee Peak. There were 6 other hikers throughout our trek, but don’t expect to see very many people. This is a hidden gem and one of our favs out of the six.

Trail is a steady incline the whole way up, but feels sneakily much more easy than most of the other trails on this challenge. We found a water bottle for geocaching and a log book which made the summit even better.

Can’t recommend this hike enough. Should be one of your six!
