“That was out and this is back”

We had all read on AllTrails that due to the recent rain and cold, this hike was going to be icy, difficult, and extremely cold, but the day we went the weather was perfect! There were just a couple tiny patches of snow which we were excited to see, and there were only a few places where it felt very cold and I was happy to have brought a beanie and a sweater.  We were so excited to do our first hike together and had a great time! Yay for hiking with friends and shoutout to Justin who knew the right way to go when Shannon and I were both convinced we should go the other way to get back at the top of the mountain.
