It was a perfect day for this hike! We started before 8am to make sure to have a parking space. This hike is perfect, not crowded, easy to the peak. Views were clear and lovely. parking can be tricky after 8am on a Saturday, so I advise coming early. For the trailhead, drive past the first lot on the right. at the Hicks/Umunhum Road. Go about 5 miles up Umunhum Rd, and parking lot is on the left. Trail is very well maintained, we loved this entire hike!
