The Needle

This hike was deep in the superstitions and offered a whole new view free of lots of foot traffic. We started real early since it was a hot day with little shade. It was fun to be in the canyons of the mountain, climbing, going through tree tunnels, and seeing some water as well! It was not a bad climb, a steady little climb that brought you up high to a view of the needle! On the way back down we were warned about a rattlesnake and although we didn’t see it, it did rattle at us from the bushes as we went past. It was really so much fun and I high recommend!!
