The Scrambler

The trail was easy to follow as it wound up through the mountains. Nice shade most the way up; however, coming back down the sun was right over our heads. Very little bugs, didn’t see any wild animals. The rocks!!! So many rocks to hurdle over! Some loose gravel on parts of trail. We slipped a few times, so watch your footing! The view from the top was beautiful. Probably see about 30 to 40 miles away. Unfortunately, we could see the Pocket fire in Flagstaff:( hopefully that is under control soon.
