The struggle is real…

I knew before I went that there was significant blowdown on the first mile or more, and it definitely added to the challenge, especially with the heat. The upper part was lovely as always, although it was fairly hazy, mostly toward Mt Jefferson. There were two patches of snow that didn’t present a problem. I was happy to see a lot more pasque flowers up there this year.
