The Third Wheel Hike

I completed this hike with my sister and her boyfriend. Since my husband doesn’t hike, I was the third wheel, but I loved the company and never felt left out. The elevation got to me a bit on this one and I found myself having to take some breaks. That being said, it was an absolutely gorgeous trail and all the breaks gave me an excuse to take more pictures. When we reached the summit, we talked to the volunteer in the fire tower. He was a wealth of information and a pleasure to visit with. Overall, I really enjoyed the trail and will definitely hike it again in the future!
