The beginning started very beautifully with the sound of the flowing water stream. The incline at the start is not that bad. Then it finally began to hit us after the 6th mile. Right before heading to the very top the inclination gets a bit hard. The weather was beautiful, it wasn’t hot nor cold. My husband and I took a nap at top of the peak for 40 minutes. We enjoyed the scenery and saw lots of hamsters.  We enjoyed the sound of the wind and nature. Then we literally jogged our way back down. That nap we took at the peak what a literal power boost. Those 13 miles back were intense running down but we were not stopping and we were full of energy. I even fell a couple of times haha but it was all very fun.

My legs are extremely sore.

the crazy part is that I actually did a bit of leg day gym day the day before and my legs have had it.

all and all, my husband and I, love this!!
