The Volcan Venture

The hike was a steep climb to the top for about 2.5 miles. It was fairly warm this time of year so sunscreen and lots of water is recommended. If taking a dog bring lots of water for them, ours went through nearly 2 liters hiking up. Started the hike at the beautiful wood sculpted entry way, where we soon found a small lizard basking in the sun. Lots of wildlife out that day from reptiles to bugs to the occasional eagle/hawks. All-in-all nice hike.
