Weather was perfect for hiking with cool and warm patches along the route. We started at 5:40am and the trail was easy to follow. This year I took more time to stop and enjoy the views compared to last year and I really noticed the devastation from the fires. Dispute the charred remains there is so much beauty in silence and new growth.
