Tough Both Ways but Worth It!

I’m glad I read all the reviews ahead of time because it is a really tough hike, both ways! It is steep and there are pretty long stretches of uphill climbing even on the way down once your legs are tired. But the views are beautiful, and the challenge of it adds to the adventure! Now is a perfect time to go. Not very muddy, no snow, but a little damp on the ground to prevent the steep parts from being really dry and even more hard to keep your footing on.
