Two Peaks in One Day – Picacho Peak (Hike #2)

Since we are from Phoenix and we were able to knock off Wasson Peak early enough in the day, we thought “Hey, let’s do Picacho Peak today too!”  While it was a great idea logistically, perhaps not advisable for many others. Plus, Picacho is very challenging. You have to navigate cables to get to the top. (BRING GLOVES… that can grip). It took us 1 hour and 31 minutes to get to the top.  3 hours and 11 minutes total, with a few snack stops.
