Two peaks, two shots!

What a ridiculously awesome hike! After two meh peaks (Bear and Greylock), this loop was a worthy companion to Monadnock, only twice the joy. Truly mind-blowing! The trail was the perfect mixture of please don’t let me die challenge (one bald face in particular was a near pee in the pants experience – I LOVED IT!) with beyond incredible views. One thing I really liked about this hike was that the down (we went counter-clockwise… THANK GOODNESS) was the least painful of all of them on my knees but the views were non-stop too! These mountains just seemed to one-up themselves with every step. Such a great day. Will be going back for sure.
